what to expect
Because I work in a personal growth model rather than a medical model, I do not focus on diagnosis and I do not bill insurance or provide superbills.
For anyone who does not have insurance or cannot get their needs met through their insurance and cannot afford private pay therapy, I invite you to look into Open Path Collective for low cost therapy.
Do you take insurance?
You can always check to see if I have an opening. Sometimes I can fit people in right away; sometimes it could take a few weeks.
How far out ahead do I need to book an appointment?
I need 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.
What’s your cancellation policy?
After each appointment, I will email you an invoice which you can pay online with a credit card. Therapy sessions cost $150/hr.
What payment methods do you take?
I don’t believe in the 50 minute hour. My appointments are 60 minutes long. I make every effort to start and end on time.
How long is a session?
I see clients in person in my office in Soquel on Wednesdays. Those appointments fill up quickly. I can also see clients anywhere in California on a secure video platform called Doxy.
In person or zoom options?
No. I offer therapy to adult individuals.
